Headshots/Bust - $25
Half Body/ Thigh Up - $35
Full Body - $45
Character Designs - $50 in addition to previous fees

*Small/simple props will incur a fee of $5 and and more complex props may incur a fee of up to $10.
A simple background is included in the base price and does not have any fees. Mildly complex backgrounds with extra elements can be drawn, but will incur a fee of $10.
Extra characters in one drawing have an additional fee of +75% of the base price.Commissions for commercial purposes are 2x the base price.

Before work can begin on the commission, the artist needs references of the character and a description of them. It is highly preferred that the client give ideas for posing and composition, but it is not necessary to take the request.After you read the Terms of Service, please fill out the commission request form linked below.

The client must accept all terms of this agreement and the information on the "Commission Information" page before the artist begins drawing.

Acceptance of Requests
a. The artist may refuse a commission request for any reason.
b. The artist will not draw subjects marked with an x symbol on the "Commission Information" page of this website or any other content that may not be able to be delivered well.
c. The client agrees that the character being drawn is owned by the client, or that permission to draw the character has been obtained by the character's owner(s).
d. The artist will not accept AI generated references.
e. The client must provide clear references of the character being drawn and any other elements that are to be in the finished work.
f. The client accepts full responsibility for payment and an invoice will not be given to anyone else other than the client.
g. The scope of the project must be clearly defined and agreed upon by the client and accepted by the artist before work can begin.
Usage
a. The artist retains ownership and the right to use the completed artwork in portfolios and social media posts.
b. The client may use the completed artwork in social media posts as long as the artist's social media handle is mentioned in the same post.
c. The client may not claim the artwork as their own and must credit the artist whenever the artwork is shown publicly on social media and other platforms.
d. The client may use the artwork for personal usage such as profile pictures and banners with credit to the artist.
e. The client may not use the artwork in any commercial capacity in which the client directly or indirectly profits from the use of the artwork, unless specifically agreed upon before the artwork is completed.
f. Commercial rights to the artwork can be discussed and will incur additional fees.
g. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: video thumbnails, video assets, Vtuber assets, PNGtuber sprites, emotes, and art to be to be sold as physical prints by the client on their own platform.
h. The created artwork is not to be used in blockchain, NFT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or similar/related technology in any capacity.
Payment and Process
a. After receiving confirmation that the client accepts the terms of service agreement, the artist will begin to work on the project.
b. The artist will draft a sketch and present it to the client, and once it is approved, the artist will send an invoice or the client will send a payment on the agreed upon payment option. Payments are non-refundable
c. Once payment is received, the artist will continue to work on the project and can send the client images showing the progress of the artwork throughout the process if requested.
d. The artist will send the full resolution version of the finished artwork, along with a lower quality and watermarked version of the artwork through a private Google Drive Folder.
e. The artist may take a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of two months to complete the artwork.
f. If the client needs the artwork completed faster than the time frame above allows, then rush fees can be applied. This additional fee can be up to 50% of the original price.
g. The artist retains the right to cancel the project and refund the client if unable to complete the commission. The artist will also cancel the project and refund the client if the artist is unable or unwilling to work with the client for any reason.
h. If the client does not provide payment 14 days after accepting the sketch, the commission will be canceled.
Revisions
a. The client can request up to two complete revisions of the artwork during the sketch stage.
b. No more revisions can be made after the client has accepted the sketch and the artist begins the line art stage.
c. The client can continue to request minor adjustments to the artwork throughout the entire process until it is finished.
d. After the artwork is finished and is sent to the client via a Google Drive link, no more revisions or adjustments can be made.
Communication
a. Communication between the artist and client can be done through direct message functions of the platform the client contacts the artist through or another form of communication the artist and the client agree upon before the commission is started.
b. The artist can be contacted through Instagram, Tumblr, Discord, or through email at [email protected] (Twitter/X cannot be used as a platform of communication as it limits how many messages can be sent in direct messages for most users.)
c. Communication will occur between the artist and the client to ensure that the artist can deliver a satisfactory end product.
By filling out the commission request form, the client acknowledges that they have read this Terms of Service agreement carefully and agree to all of its terms.
